Problem Note 47777: Return Rates are not included in output specifications

Return Rates are incorrectly not included in output specifications in SAS® Markdown Optimization when the global setting USE_RETURN_RATE=1.

There is no workaround for this issue.

A fix for this issue is planned for a future software release.
